The Project Initiation Bootcamp is a focused, implementation-driven training designed to help you build a complete, professional front-end process for your design projects. From your first client interaction to signed agreements and secured retainers, you’ll learn how to start every project with clarity, authority, and control.

Instead of reacting to client demands or rushing into projects without structure, you’ll create a repeatable system that positions you as the expert, filters the right clients, and protects your time and cash flow from the very beginning.  

In this bootcamp, you will learn to:

• Pre-qualify clients so you only take on the right projects
• Confidently sell consultations and your design services
• Present your process and contracts with authority
• Secure retainers that protect your time and cash flow
• Set clear expectations before work begins
• Build a consistent, repeatable project initiation system
